In June of 2009, Case Western Reserve University hosted its second Business As An Agent of World Benefit Conference. The 2009 Global Forum focused on business innovations and strategies that were designed with sustainability and green thinking in mind.
For the five-hundred person conference to run smoothly, a wide variety of print and signage material with a consistent design style needed to be produced. The print material included t-shirts, an interactive brochure, and the participant workbook. Since the event took place in a large university gymnasium, the wayfinding system needed to direct attendees to points of interest without hassle for the duration of the conference. In addition, academic papers and success stories were blown up to four by eight feet high to create a unique, winding gallery setting.
