There is a combined group of individuals and businesses in Northeast Ohio vying for the chance to create the first offshore wind turbine in the Great Lakes region. This group has aspirations to become the first to provide clean energy to thousands of homes in Northeast Ohio. In order for this yet to be named group to be successful in their endeavors, they needed an identity that solidifies them as a cohesive working group.
CLEAR was chosen to be the name because it sums up what the group stands for. It also acts as a crucial acronym, standing for the Center for Lake Erie Air Resources. Promotional pieces were created to further enhance the group’s potential viewing audience. A kinetic billboard, kinetic yard sign, and window clings were designed to use the logo as a visual reminder of what the group is really looking to offer.
