Century Harley-Davidson, a large Harley dealership just south of Cleveland, set out to create a unique calendar for their dealership. It was not only meant to be an item for sale, but an item that their customers were involved in. Each month features different customers with their own individual motorcycles, shot at various locations around the Cleveland area.
The calendar is a perfect blend of quality appearance and functionality. A widescreen format allows each photo to appear as originally shot, and a double wire bound allows the calendar to hang flat at all times. Each photo was hit with a high quality UV gloss coating, while the calendar page remained uncoated for writing and marking purposes. The design itself takes cues from the Harley lifestyle by using a unique leather jacket as a backdrop, and a distressed typeface for large type areas.
